What is our Private Coaching Program?
Receiving more individualized attention is a great opportunity for clients to work on focusing on specific areas of fitness. Private personal training allows you to ability to work one-on-one with our expert coaches.
Who are Private Coaching Programs for?
Our Private Coaching programs are designed for clients who want a more individualized approach to achieve the weight-loss, health, strength, injury prevention, and/or performance goals they’ve set for themselves. Whether you are coming off an injury or have specific goals, this program is for you!
What to Expect at Your First Session
Arrive ready to work out! Wear loose-fitting athletic clothing, gym shoes, and bring a water bottle. On our first day, we do a full workout, but slow it down a bit and focus on getting you comfortable with the workouts, your coach, and the gym. We take the time to talk about your specific goals, and what you want to get out of training.
This introductory first sessions allows our coaches to identify any specific movement, postural, mobility, flexibility, or stability issues as well as any asymmetries or postural issues. Based on the results of your first session, you will receive a personalized training program focused on your individualized goals and needs and maximize your rate of progress.
A typical training sessions lasts about 60 minutes, but can be designed to fit whatever your schedule requires.
The benefits of Private Coaching are dependent on your goals. Focusing on your goals is our main priority, but a few potential benefits include:

The value of our training services comes from our expertise in identifying and providing correctives to any movement dysfunction you may have, professional program design, and world-class coaching. Our coaches teach you proper exercise techniques and educate you on proper training practices, empowering you with the skills and knowledge necessary for long-term success.
Whether performance- or body composition-driven in nature, our Private Coaching will help you reach your goals.
Private Coaching is a 6-month commitment.
You may train anywhere from 1x to 3x per week at the following cost per month:
- 1 session each week = $240/month
- 2 sessions each week = $440/month*
- 3 sessions each week = $600/month*
* With 2 or more Private Coaching sessions you also receive Unlimited Adult Group Classes.
We offer 10% discounts for family members, seniors 65+, and students. Active and retired military and first responders receive a 10% discount.
For Private Coaching, we currently offer training opportunities from 1-3x/week with commitments. Private Personal training sessions can be completed on a flexible schedule based on the availability of the client and our coaches/
- All sessions are by appointment and can be scheduled in advace
We try to discourage clients from consistently missing sessions, as results are dependent upon consistent dedicated effort. We do not refund unused training. However, we do allow make-up sessions.
